Good morning Homeowners: I hope you all had a lovely Thanksgiving and are enjoying a relaxing weekend!


The City of Torrance water dept posted notices on the property that they will be shutting off the water this upcoming TUESDAY NOVEMBER 29TH, 2022 from 9:00am-4:00pm. During this time, they will be doing some underground pipe replacement in the area.


If you have any questions regarding the project, you are welcome to reach out to the supervisor in charge. His name is Alberto Soberanes at his number is 424-224-1443.
