Re:       Notice of Regular HOA Dues Increase

Please be advised that effective January 1, 2026, your regular monthly dues will increase from $291.00 to $315.00. Overall, Your Association is in very good financial shape, and your Board wants to make sure it stays that way. This small increase ensures that they can continue to efficiently maintain Your Community with inflation, and the rising cost of doing business.  Also, the new rate is still well below the market rate of regular dues assessed in comparable Associations in the area.
