Roof Maintenance Project Scheduled for 11/30

Good evening Homeowners:

Now that the fumigation has been fully completed, The Board is moving forward with the roof maintenance project that was approved last year. Integ Roofing will be on-site next Thursday November 30th to do preventative maintenance on each of the roofs in the community. Work will include sealing vulnerable areas, replacing broken roof tiles, cleaning debris caught between roofing materials and more. Their work will begin at 8am and continue for the rest of the day.

Our apologies in advance for any inconvenience this may cause to you and your household members, but we don’t expect it to be too disruptive.

If your unit is not owner occupied, please inform your tenants.
