Executive Board Meeting

December 03, 2024

6:00pm

1. Call to Order

a. Meeting started at 6:00pm

2. Attendance

a. Board Members: Melissa Clark, Joshua Yu

b. Member: Laura Aoto

3. New board member vote

a. Agreed that Wes told us that he is leaving the HOA.

b. Laura Aoto was voted in unanimously.

4. Ask Anna about budget

a. Why did the bank charges go to zero for 2025?

b. We need to add lighting purchases and install to the budget.

c. We need to contact our pest control company and ask about cobweb control. Find out why they aren’t clearing the cobwebs around the complex.

5. Lighting vote

a. Voted to go with the Bellagio brand light. Need to figure out exactly which one to get. Will need to work with Anna’s electrician to see if it works.

6. Meeting adjourned at 6:20pm.
